In mineral processing, the lasting functionality of the machines is of the highest priority. Using the example of the Severnaya coal plant, where the alljig setting machine has been used for 15 years, we show that our products meet these requirements.

For optimum coal production, a fully functioning machine park is absolutely necessary. A constant stock of spare parts is therefore of great benefit. The Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) concept makes it possible to always provide the optimum amount of spare parts, even in remote regions. Through the continuous analysis of the wear data of the coal producers, the spare parts catalogue is constantly expanded and a constant machine availability is guaranteed.

A series of demanding steps must be completed to ensure the correct processing of ores and perfect sorting into various qualities. In general, the aim is to enrich the raw ore content to meet the level required by the market. allmineral jigs and up flow sorters have proven themselves ideal for this purpose, as their high throughputs ensure the necessary product quality with low specific costs.

At the beginning of 2020, we began modernising our hardware and software concept and aligning it with smart technologies.

The basis for this is our control and regulation cabinets, which we have since equipped with modern touch panels. The uniform touch panels can be combined with different CPUs if required. This prevents the visualizations from having to be adapted again and again depending on the manufacturer.
