1. Increase productivity with our new star gate

In line with the motto "Turn old into new", we have rethought our standard star gate and integrated an inspection opening. Make quality assurance in your production even easier with our upgrades. Below we show you the numerous advantages and solutions to problems compared to the standard star gate, which have resulted from the change.

With regular star gates, the complete star gates shaft must be removed from the side of the star gate for maintenance and replacement of star gate vanes. This is a recurring task with downtimes of several hours. Possible causes or problems here are regular wear, limited access for assembly or repair at the side openings, oversize or foreign objects and material that can damage single star gate vanes, resulting in water leakage and delays of the starting process. In addition, the discharge control can start to fluctuate due to damaged star gate vanes.

The new version of our star gate has an inspection opening on the front, allowing a quick view into the interior of the star gates. You can benefit from this and the following additional advantages and increase productivity:

• Easier visual examination / inspection
• Quick access for the removal of impurities
• Higher operating reliability thanks to quick and easy replacement of the star gate vanes
• Prevention of product quality problems: Individual star gate elements do not have to be worn to the point of failure in order to be replaced during major maintenance.
• Reduced manpower requirements, as a single worker is now able to replace elements
• Few tools required: Replacement of individual elements possible without chain hoists or lifting equipment
• Replacement possible on short notice and without major preparations

2. Sound barrier for alljig® industrial plants

We always offer our customers solutions for our alljig® jigging machines - both for new machines and as retrofit kits. In line with that as a further innovation, our sound insulation kit for sound insulation of machines is now also available. The main sound source of the alljig® jigging machine is the drive unit comprising the motor and the rotary piston valves. Outflowing air creates the characteristic "sound" of the alljig®.

Often, sound insulation solutions are implemented on site with the customer's own design using parts of conveyor belts, corrugated sheets, etc. A professional retrofit kit is now available for this purpose. The drive unit is provided with a sound insulation set in the form of a multi-part enclosure, comprising a rear wall, side walls and two doors at the front, which maintains access and thus the adjustment options on the drive unit. This includes access to the knife gate valves, the Rotary Piston Valves position indicator as well as to the lubrication points.

The enclosure comprises a suitably manufactured sheet metal structure with integrated insulating material. It can be fastened to the drive plate with just a few drill holes. An appropriate drilling template and assembly instructions are of course included in the scope of supply.

Spare parts for your machine - quick repair

Retrofit kits are not only available for the alljig® jigging machine. We generally recommend our customers to keep safety components in stock on site. If you need certain spare parts, we immediately check our stock for their availability. In urgent cases - for example, in case of machine downtime - we can remove parts from stock, pack them and place the order for transport within one day. The regular delivery time from stock is only three days. So your production flow is quickly secured again! Depending on the situation, you simply decide whether you want to do the installation yourself or make use of the support provided by our service engineers.
