allmineral – pilot systems in use worldwide
Compact and mobile machines are required for the initial testing of a mining site for sorting success and material behavior. In this article, you will therefore learn more about allmineral's pilot plants, which are already in use worldwide.
Not only on a large scale, but also on a small scale, the processing technology from allmineral is in use worldwide.
Laboratory and pilot systems ensure the basis for process engineering evaluations and feasibility studies for both the customer and us. Important criteria, such as successful sorting as well as output and material behaviour in the process, can be tested with the pilot systems and then safely transferred to scale-up. For this purpose, independent laboratories, customers and our representatives worldwide are fitted out with allmineral equipment on a small scale.
The latest offshoots in this family are two mobile jigs with the alljig® P-400 as the core component as well as the allair® G-2x6 in modular design.
For HAZEMAG USA, the alljigP-400® with all the necessary components on a trailer is in use throughout North America, from the extraction of building materials to battery recycling.
The second alljig® P-400 is devised as rental equipment and designed in such a way that it can be transported completely in a 40' container and, if necessary, shipped. This pilot system is currently being used in Eastern Europe for the processing of manganese slags.
One step closer to the production machine is the allair® G-2x6 in the modular design.
The pilot system, which can be completely dismantled into low-loader transportable components, is located in South Africa. It has been travelling the continent for several years now and is a guest in a wide variety of coal mines, always focusing on the conservation of the precious resource of water.
When used by the customer, the pilot systems close the gap between the laboratory and the subsequent real application, thereby offering the opportunity to test planned processes in a real environment.
