Successful start-up and operation of two alljig machines at Severnaya coal processing plant in Kuzbass territory
In mineral processing, the lasting functionality of the machines is of the highest priority. Using the example of the Severnaya coal plant, where the alljig setting machine has been used for 15 years, we show that our products meet these requirements.
The alljig jigging machine is the heart of the Severnaya processing plant. It receives up to 100% raw coal in order to obtain high-quality coal concentrates, which are highly valued by consumers. The old alljig jigging machine has been in continuous operation since the founding of the factory in 2006 and has worked for more than 15 years by the time it was replaced.
The Uniqueness of this project
The uniqueness of the implementation of this project was to ensure continuous operation for the Severnaya processing plant during the full cycle of work to replace the existing twin jigging machine, so all work was carried out for each line separately.
Despite all the difficulties, including those caused by the pandemic, this project was implemented with the highest quality and speed, thanks to the joint efforts of the staff of the Severnaya processing plant and allmineral technical support specialists.
The twin machine alljig G2x3000x5800 allows enriching up to 625 t/h in a wide feed class from 0-75 mm, effectively separating run-of-mine coal into three products: waste, intermediate product and coal concentrate. Rotary piston pulsators provide effective pulses to separate the coal across the entire width of the jigging machine and do not require a long time for maintenance.
Based on allmineral's operating experience and state-of-the-art engineering solutions, the alljig double jigging machine has received a number of technical improvements, increasing its reliability in line operation.
